Payment Methods
We accepts payment by PayPl and personal checks for all orders (the order will be shipped after the check is deposited). Customers can also order online and fax their credit card information to us afterward.

Availability
In the event that certain item(s) is/are out of stock, We will ship and only charge for what is available for filling the order if the order total exceeds $50 or notify the customer if the order amount falls below $50.

Refunds Policy
We does not offer refunds; we do accept exchanges. Please refer to our Return Policy.

Returns Policy
Customer should get a Return Authorization Number from We before sending any product back. All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.


For frozen food products, We does not accept returns or exchanges, unless caused by our mishandling of customer's order. Customer must call within 3 days of receipt of our products if return is desired. No return will be authorized after 3 days.

For Vegetarian food products, We accepts returns and exchanges. 15% restocking fee will be charged for items returned. No refunds on shipping and handling charges.

If customer receives any spoiled or damaged product, customer should notify us, (for frozen products, customers must contact us within 3 days or the case will not be processed). If spoilage was confirmed, We will promptly exchange the item.

We offer the delivery services by UPS

*Ground Service 2- 6 days depending on distance

*UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, we only ship on Monday and Tuesday to avoid delay in delivery of frozen products.

*At our discretion, we may ship a package on Wednesday. All orders received on Wednesday will be shipped on the following Monday.

*The frozen products will not stay frozen when you receive your order, however, frozen products can stay fresh within shipping time.

*We can't ship to a P.O. Box. UPS requires a signature when a package is delivered. If you order any frozen products,

*please make sure that someone will be there to receive the package.

*Volume Buyer over CAN 300.00 We can Offer F.O.B. By Airline's Airport to Airport Service, normally will arrive to your nearest Airports on same day or next day , Please Call Us For Detail.
